These courses are especially for parents and caregivers to develop massage skills and experience connections with those they care for (especially children/tweens/teenagers and the elderly) using safe nurturing touch, in the home or work related setting. The courses feature videos, captions, resources - are self-paced and easy to follow.

  • Register for course 1. "connect + calm" - to begin the rewarding process of learning massage online with those you care for, in your own timeframe.

  • Complete "connect + calm" then move onto course 2. "flow on" to ensure you have locked in your new skills.

  • Practise, Practise, Practise - in your own time
